22.07.2010: The WOC in MTBO is finished. With place 45 at the sprint and the 55th place at the middle-distance I could finished in the midfield. Unfortunately I finished the qualification at the 21th place. But I finished the the B-final at the second place. The relay was a victim of two flat tyres. In summary for me, I have finished at the best positions of the german men. The time to the champion is lower in opposite to the last years, but I couldn't improve my position in the results.

21.06.2010: The last ranking-event before the MTBO-WOC is finished for me. In 14 days we start to the preparation for the WOC in Portugal. The WOC in MTBO start at 12th of july.

25.04.2010: The first worldcup round was finished. After some start-problems on the sprint- and middle-distance I have finished the long-distance on a famous 24th place. Now I hope, there will be more of these results.

08.11.2009: In result of the success of the last season I am at the squad level B of MTBO in Germany. Now it is necessary to stabilize this performance and tie to the results at the next year. The target is WOC in Portugal in 2010.

19.08.2009: WOC in MTBO 2009: The first two days were something for the workshop - 2 flat tyres and a damaged chain. The relay was finished at place 13 and the sprint I have finished at place 43. The final B at the long-distance I have finished at the 4th place after another flat tyre. Next year - let's start again.

01.07.2009: The EOC in MTBO was finished on the 50th place in the middle-distance and the 47th place in the long-distance. Two results on the midfield of the class M21. My sprint-distance was marked on two miss-punches. Israel will show, if I can tie in this performance.
