Mileage 31.12.2011: 1.969 km

27.11.2011: Last Saturday we had the last MTBO-competition this year in Germany. 200 minutes and some special controls at night was the challenge. Together with Anke Dannowski I have won in the mixed categorie and finished at the third place overall with many strong teams behind (including the German Champion). So, we will see us next year at the forests around the world.

17.10.2011: All's well that ends well! After a strength ride over 115 km in app. 5 hours Tobias and me have arrived the finish line and won the Harz-MTBO first time.

30.09.2011: The European Championship are finished. Unfortunately It was impossible for me to tie on the good results of the WOC. I failed the top 30 with place 35 in sprint, place 53 in middle distance and place 39 in the long distance. I will start again next year.

30.08.2011: The 29th place at the sprint distance and the 40th place in middle distance were the best results in a WOC by myself. Unfortunately my I had a chain damage in the relay, so we miss the posssible 7th place and finished at the 11th place. The good results had animated me to take part in the EOC in Russia in the end of Septembre.

18.08.2011: Today I have finished my last workout before the MTBO-WOC. With 13.208 km, many Hills and some competitons should be done all preconditions for good results at the WOC in Vicenza (IT).
